This website was developed entirely with freely available software. I use emacs with HTML-helper-mode to generate HTML files. The GIMP and John Bradley's "xv" program were the main graphics tools, along with a couple others that come with a Linux system.

Microsoft Internet Explorer v3.0 and below might have "Jscript" problems with the javascript buttons on the index page. The javascript buttons' HTML syntax don't quite meet the HTML version 4.0 spec, but the rest of the documents do.
